Introduction

Welcome to the Golden Africa Networking Community (GANC). By joining our community, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Membership and Eligibility

GANC is an elite networking community for the Christian business community. We maintain strict eligibility criteria to ensure the integrity and focus of our network. Businesses that appear suspicious or are associated with other religions will not be approved. Controversial Christians will also not be allowed.

Membership Tiers

  1. Free Tier:
    • Includes a blog on our website and a feature on our Facebook page.
    • Access to a free advertising group on Facebook, subject to strict rules.
    • Once the blog has been posted and featured, the relationship is terminated.
  2. Basic Tier (R150 per month):
    • Includes a dedicated webpage for the business and the featured blog.
  3. Standard Tier (R200 per month):
    • Includes the featured blog, dedicated business webpage, monthly GANC Zoom meetings for networking, and access to a private Facebook group for business and Christianity training.
  4. Premium Tier (R350 per month):
    • Includes all benefits of the Standard Tier, quarterly workshops, and discounts from our partners.

Services and Limitations

  • The dedicated webpage is designed to convert cold customers into warm customers by directing them to your social media and website.
  • The dedicated webpage will not act as your own website for special discounts or time-limited offers.
  • Clients must provide all images for their webpage via a Canva link. Instructions will be provided for uploading images.
  • GANC will maintain uniformity in the design of webpages. Changes are not permitted unless stated otherwise.
  • A sample page link will be shared for clients to envision their new webpage's potential.
  • Partners are available for clients wanting their own website.

Contractual Agreement

  • By accepting these terms and conditions, clients acknowledge that the form submitted to GANC constitutes a legally-binding contract.
  • For the free plan, the relationship ends once the blog is posted and featured.
  • For tiered plans, work commences upon receipt of payment and proof of payment.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide updated information as needed.
  • Changes to the webpage will incur charges at the discretion of the GANC team.
  • GANC is solely a networking community and will market the client's business on the GANC platform. It is the client's responsibility to market their own business beyond our platform.
  • GANC does not guarantee that clients will receive new leads through our services.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are accepted via EFT to the preferred bank account monthly and recorded accordingly.
  • Invoices will be sent via email.
  • Payments are prepaid. If payment is not received by the 7th of each month, the client’s webpage will be removed from the GANC website.
  • If payment is not made for three consecutive months, GANC will assume termination of the contract.
  • The Business Liaison will attempt to contact the client to resolve any issues before termination.

Record Keeping

The client file will contain:

  • Name, surname, and business name.
  • A copy of the blog and its posting date.
  • A screenshot of the webpage with creation details.
  • Payment history.
  • A copy of the submitted form.
  • Mailing list consent details.

Communication and Updates

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform GANC of any changes or updates to their information.
  • GANC reserves the right to charge for adding or changing information on the webpage.

Termination and Dispute Resolution

  • GANC reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes will be addressed by contacting the Business Liaison for resolution.

Miscellaneous

  • GANC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members.
  • By using GANC’s services, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
