1. Overview
Africa Arise Kingdom Financing values customer satisfaction and complies with the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) of South Africa. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request a refund, exchange, or cancellation for purchases made through our online shop.
2. Order Processing and Production
As many of our products are locally made and handcrafted, some items are produced only after payment is received. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and product availability. Deliveries are handled through PUDO or another reliable courier service.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the product has not yet entered production or been dispatched.
After 24 hours, orders that have entered production or shipping cannot be cancelled, as most items are custom made or produced on demand.
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used for the purchase and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Because most items are made to order, exchanges for a change of preference (such as size, colour, or design) are not available.
5. Delivery Delays
Because this is a dropshipping-based store, delivery times may vary. While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment, please allow 7–21 working days for delivery, depending on product type and production schedule.
