1. Overview
Africa Arise Kingdom Financing partners with local creators and small businesses across South Africa to bring you unique, high-quality products. Because many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s production schedule.
2. Shipping Method
All deliveries are handled through PUDO by The Courier Guy or another reliable courier service. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched from the supplier.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed through our secure payment gateway.
Production and handling times vary between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the product.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, but in some cases (especially for custom or made-to-order items), delivery may take up to 21 working days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location, the size and weight of your order, and the supplier’s shipping zone. In some cases, multiple items may arrive separately if they come from different local suppliers.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a PUDO tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the PUDO website or through their mobile app.
6. Delays and Responsibilities
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to courier capacity, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., load-shedding or weather conditions). Africa Arise Kingdom Financing is not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
7. Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa, but we plan to expand to neighbouring countries in the future.
